- Details about your project: the windows or doors, sizes, photos you share with us, and notes from the in-home measure.
- Records of our calls, texts and appointments, so we can follow up on your request.
- The questions you type into the expert adviser box on our home page.
- Basic technical data when you visit this website, such as the pages you open and the type of browser you use.
Our services are for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions, book your measure or repair visit, and prepare your quote.
- To find the checked answer and drawing for a question you type into the expert adviser box.
- To order and install your windows or doors, and to handle warranty requests later.
- To send appointment reminders and updates about your job by call, text or email.
- To keep our records accurate, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax duties.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your request and your job. We send marketing texts only if you agree to them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling at any time.
Service providers
We share your information only with companies that help us do the work, and only as much as they need:
- Our scheduling and customer-management software, which stores your request and appointments.
- Manufacturers and suppliers, when we order the product for your home or file a warranty claim.
- A financing partner, only if you ask to apply for financing.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it uses, which receive the questions you type into the expert adviser box, with phone numbers and email addresses removed, to choose the best checked answer.
- Government agencies or courts, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. The expert adviser box sets no cookies. The services that host this site may set small files that keep the site working. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as the warranty on your work lasts, and for as long as tax and business laws require. We delete or anonymize contact details we no longer need.
Questions you type into the expert adviser box are kept only in the adviser service's memory, never in a database, and are deleted after 30 minutes without activity. Phone numbers and email addresses are removed before any text goes to an AI service, but this cannot catch every kind of personal detail, so please do not type other personal information into the box.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
Only our team and the companies listed above can see your information. We use password-protected accounts and secure connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect to what we need.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
